    These are the same delicious and nutritious dried vegetables that are in the Vegetables & Seeds recipe… now entirely on their own so that you can easily pack them in to add more vegetables to your diet!

  • Camping Season Is Upon Us

    Hello!

    I launched with two recipes, fruits & seeds #1 and vegetables & seeds #1. Both were available in a boxes of 10 and a blended box of 5 and 5. You may have noticed that there is only the vegetables & seeds recipe currently for sale, in a box of 5.

    I am excited to announce a return of the the fruits & seeds recipe, now featuring couscous instead of oats alongside other ingredient changes. This recipe will be available in 110 gram (4 oz) and 55 gram (2 oz) size formats.

    Expect to see similar adjustments to the Vegetables & Seeds recipe moving forward!
